Jesiah Brock was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio where he learned the importance of hard work and service to others. Since 2006, Jesiah has been professionally leading teams, inspiring others, and transforming communities. He developed an authentic approach to leadership through his participation in various philanthropic and social justice organizations such as The Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Northern Kentucky University, Jesiah went on to obtain a Master of Public Affairs Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is currently a doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Positive Leadership at Abilene Christian University.

Service is not just Jesiah’s profession—it’s his calling. As Chief Program Officer at CityLink Center in Cincinnati, he oversees the design and execution of integrated services that empower individuals to overcome barriers and pursue holistic life transformation. Jesiah also serves as Assistant Pastor at Grace Christian Fellowship Ministries International and is the founder of Freedom to Move Forward, a ministry focused on healing, restoration, and purpose-driven living. Through his work, he builds bridges between communities and mobilizes people toward God’s mission of love and renewal.

Jesiah is also the Founder and Chief Steward of Disrupt LLC, a movement dedicated to challenging the status quo, amplifying purpose, and inspiring individuals and organizations toward justice, innovation, and impact. With over two decades of leadership experience, he has helped thousands of people and teams unlock their God-given potential. Whether in the boardroom, the pulpit, or the community, Jesiah leads with conviction, clarity, and compassion. He is a devoted husband to Ebony and proud father to Jedidiah, striving daily to disrupt cycles of limitation through faith, vision, and action.
